Turkish Kaymak (Cream) – Kars Mountain Village
Details
Kaymak is a traditional cream collected from the surface of milk. It is made by gently heating or lightly boiling milk for 1-2 hours, followed by gradual cooling for several hours. The cream naturally rises to the top and is carefully skimmed off.
This non-homogenized cream has a rich, velvety texture and a more intense flavor than regular cream, making it a distinctive addition to your meals. Crafted with care, our kaymak reflects the authentic taste of the Kars Mountain Village tradition.
