Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 10-15 g fresh yeast (or 8 g dry yeast)
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm whole milk
  • 1 egg (plus 1 egg yolk for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4-5 cups plain flour
