Homemade Kete Bread – Stuffed Bread with Fried Flour and Walnut
Kete bread is a traditional pastry found in bakeries across Central and Eastern Anatolia in Turkey. This delicious bread is filled with either fried flour or crushed walnuts, giving it a unique texture and flavor. My homemade version stays true to its authentic roots by using fried flour and adding crushed walnuts for extra richness. It pairs perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy!
